1. Getting to Know You
The first step is to familiarize ourselves with your expertise, corporate structure and employee groups. Do you have employees abroad?
We also look at your HR approach, such as your compensation or employee benefits policy, as well as your corporate culture, i.e. your communication and management styles.
Lastly, we make sure your objectives align with the plan to be set up, as well as your guidelines for the future. Would you like to participate in the plan?
2. Establishing a Retirement Savings Plan
Following this crucial first step, we will recommend the types of plans that best suit your situation. Then we will define the enrolment and membership and provisions, as well as the contribution rate. We will also offer à la carte or lifecycle investment structures and choose the most appropriate service provider.
At this stage, we will also draw up the implementation schedule and communication plan for all of your employees.
3. Implementing a Retirement Savings Plan
This is when we will set the parameters your retirement plan. At the same time, we will provide training for in-house resource people and meet with your employees to answer their questions and alleviate any concerns. An AGA advisor will serve as a liaison between you, your employees and the implementation team.
