Our HR team is made of 10 members with complementary skills, who each have specific responsibilities in terms of attraction, retention, training, documentation, administration, etc. We focus on cooperation by organizing team meetings to share information and stimulate creativity.

Each team member is encouraged to submit project ideas on which he/she would like to work. The projects are then prioritized by senior management. This is in addition to the many team projects!
