We are pleased to announce that David Théberge has been appointed Director, Corporate Development, a new position directly tied to AGA’s pan-Canadian expansion strategy.
In his new role, David will identify growth opportunities and actively participate in assessing acquisition targets for the company. In addition, he will also devise strategies to grow the company's market share in the employee benefits sector and related services.
David has a bachelor’s degree from HEC Montréal and a master’s degree in technology project management from Polytechnique Montréal. He is also certified in group insurance and group annuity plans. In 2015, he founded Cangaroo HR, an innovative service aimed at optimizing human resources management processes for small and medium-sized businesses by integrating employee benefits into the human resources information systems business model. Cangaroo HR joined the AGA family in 2023.
