Your mandate will consist in...

Your mandate will consist of being responsible for preparing client reviews and governance and investment reports, and for contributing to the activities of the Retirement team. Read on to find out the skills and qualifications required to excel and thrive within the AGA team!

Your main tasks will include:

  • Complete forms and track plan implementation between the service provider and the plan sponsor;
  • Answer queries and follow up as needed with plan sponsors further to their implementation;
  • Handle the queries received through the retirement box and follow up as needed;
  • Communicate with clients, external brokers and insurers/service providers;
  • Provide external customer service;
  • Prepare plan reviews, governance and investment reports;
  • Set and run investment reviews with MorningStar;
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of templates and tools;
  • Update contact information with insurers or other stakeholders;
  • Update assigned Jira tickets (transferring documents and email exchanges and updating delivery dates);
  • Perform any other related duties at the supervisor’s request. 

Required qualifications:

  • College diploma or equivalent;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  • Group Annuity Licence (Quebec);
  • Good command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word;
  • Excellent command of English and French, written and spoken;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness;
  • Ability to demonstrate judgment, integrity and honesty;
  • Ability to protect confidential information;
  • Versatility, resourcefulness, ability to work independently, analytical mindset;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work.
